How to use

Charge the built-in lithium-ion battery before first use and load media according to the media type (standard roll, linerless or RFID labels). Power on the printer and use the LCD and large buttons to navigate settings; pair the printer with a host device over Bluetooth. For RFID models, ensure correct media selection and allow the printer to auto-calibrate encoding using the adaptive encoding feature. Use Zebra’s Print DNA tools for initial configuration, remote management and firmware updates.

Recommendations

Operate the ZQ521 within its specified environmental limits and use Zebra-approved media for best print quality. For mobile deployments, enable Print DNA management to monitor battery health and push security settings. Choose linerless media to reduce waste, or select the RFID model for on-demand UHF label encoding when asset tracking is required.
