How to use

Mount or place the MeetingBar A25-031 in the room facing participants. Connect to the meeting console or PC using the one-cable solution or USB mode depending on your setup. Choose appliance mode for native Teams or Zoom operation or USB mode for use with a conferencing application on a connected computer. During calls, the AI-powered camera and audio features operate automatically to frame speakers and reduce background noise.

Recommendations

Position the bar centrally under or above the display and ensure the room layout keeps participants within the 151° camera field of view. For best audio pickup, avoid placing obstructions between participants and the device and allow up to 5 m distance for reliable voice capture.
