Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.
Know our brand? Leave an honest review, send us a screenshot, and pick a free gift — shipped free of charge within 1–2 business days.

Power-up to next level pro performance
This high performance desktop workstation does it all. Tackle advanced workflows—from rendering and simulation to advanced video editing and massive dataset preparation. The Z4 AI workstation accelerates workflows across a wide range of professional apps and provides room to expand as work evolves.

Windows 11

Work anywhere without compromising on performance or security with Windows 11 powered by HP's collaboration and connectivity technology.

Intel® Xeon® W processor

Get optimized performance whether your professional application utilizes high core count or high frequency with the Intel® Xeon® W processor.[1]

Professional Grade Graphics

Tackle advanced video editing, machine learning and simulation projects

Ultra Fast Memory Configurations

Accelerate your workflow. Power through memory-intensive workloads with fast rendering, simulation, machine learning and video editing performance.

Professional performance. Extraordinary expandability.

Master intense workflows with up to 2 high-end professional GPUs, 26 cores[1] in a next-gen Intel® Xeon® W processor, and 512 GB of memoryq[2]. Easily expand as work evolves with tool-less access, 5 PCIe slots, and 2 front accessible NVMe bays.[3]

Engineered to stay cool and quiet.

Push your desktop workstation without disruptive noise. Smart fan control keeps the system whisper-quiet by tuning fan speeds in real-time using over 20 temperature sensors. Precisely placed vents and ducts streamline airflow and heat removal.

Ignite AI innovation

Accelerate AI development and inferencing with the Z4 AI workstation, with up to 2 NVIDIA RTX™ 6000 Ada Generation GPUs[4] delivering up to 2,914 AI TOPS for advanced AI. Process proprietary data securely on a local workstation to gain insights faster.

Designed with the planet in mind.

At HP, we care about the impact our products have on our people, communities, and planet. That’s why the Z4 contains 40% recycled plastics,[5] 10% recycled metal, 100% sustainably sourced outer box packaging, and is EPEAT® Gold Climate+ registered.[6,7]

How to use

Install the workstation in a well-ventilated area on a stable surface and connect power and peripheral devices. Use Windows 11 Pro to install professional applications for rendering, editing, CAD or data processing. Configure GPU-accelerated settings in supported software to leverage the NVIDIA RTX 4500 Ada and allocate system memory according to project requirements. Keep device drivers and Windows updates current for best performance and compatibility.

Recommendations

For sustained heavy workloads, ensure adequate cooling and consider installing additional storage or memory if project sizes increase. Use certified drivers and software builds for workstation GPUs to maximize stability in professional applications.
