How to use

Before first use, precondition the wok by wiping the cooking surface with a small amount of vegetable oil. Heat the wok gradually to the desired cooking temperature, add ingredients and stir or toss as required. Use metal utensils if needed, as the coating is rated safe for metal utensils, and cover with the tempered glass lid when a sealed cooking environment is required.
