How to use

Connect the keyboard via USB cable, pair it over 2.4 GHz RF using the included receiver, or enable Bluetooth and pair with a compatible device. Install CHERRY MagCrate software to customize per-key actuation points, program macros, set lighting effects and enable advanced features such as Dynamic Key Travel and Mod Tap. Use the hot-swap socket to install either CHERRY MK magnetic switches or MX mechanical switches on supported keys; follow standard hot-swap precautions such as powering off the keyboard before changing switches.

Recommendations

For gaming, use the CHERRY MK Crystal magnetic switches with a high polling rate to benefit from faster input registration; for prolonged typing sessions, try MX mechanical switches to get tactile feedback.
