The Alphacool 17590 water blocks adapter is a 45° angled brass fitting with G1/4" female and G1/4" male threads, finished in matte black. Its compact dimensions (20 mm × 21 mm × 21 mm) make it suitable for tight spaces in custom water-cooling loops. The outer coating is applied with a special process to resist chipping and peeling, and each connector bears the Alphacool logo and the series' distinctive shape. Three coloured O-rings are included; under UV light these O-rings glow in their respective colours.

How to use

Install the adapter by threading the G1/4" male or female ends into the corresponding G1/4" ports on water blocks, radiators, pumps or other fittings. Ensure threads are aligned and hand-tighten before final tightening with an appropriate tool to avoid cross-threading. Fit one of the supplied O-rings to achieve a secure seal and, if used, select a UV-reactive O-ring for illuminated setups. Check for leaks after pressurising the loop and re-tighten if necessary.

Recommendations

Use compatible G1/4" fittings and avoid excessive torque when tightening to protect the brass threads and the coating. Perform a leak test before running the system under full load. Store spare O-rings separately to preserve their UV properties.
