We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.

How to use

Place the Vivolink VLCAM100 on top of a display using the clip mount or position it on a flat surface. Connect the camera to a computer via the USB 2.0 cable and allow the operating system to install drivers if required. Start your preferred conferencing or streaming application; the camera will provide video and the built‑in microphones will be available as audio input. Auto Framing activates to detect faces and adjust pan, tilt and zoom automatically.

Recommendations

For best results, position the camera at eye level, ensure even front lighting to improve image processing, and place participants within the camera’s field of view so Auto Framing can track faces reliably.
