We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

Vivolink Optical HDMI 8K Cable, supplied on a robust 100-meter cable drum designed for safe transport and efficient handling.
The drum features an extra-high outer flange, making it easier to reel the cable in smoothly and evenly. An integrated connector compartment allows the HDMI connector to be securely stored inside the drum during reeling, preventing the cable head from rotating freely and improving handling during installation and storage.
This drum design helps ensure practical handling on site while protecting the cable and connector throughout transport and use.


The fiber optic HDMI cables are made to deliver lossless audio and video signals over long distances. The fiber optic technology ensures the most reliable connection and is safe to use where EMI and RFI interferrence is present.


The Kevlar fibers in the cables makes the cables perfect for rough installation environments. The Kevlar fibers are attached with lock rings in the connectors of the HDMI cables and protects the cables even when pulled with high force in cable runways, in walls and over ceilings.
