Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.

- Exmor 1/2.8-Type 2.14 Effective Megapixels (Native 1080p/60) high-speed, low noise CMOS image sensor
- Built-in web server for configuration, control and remote management

The Vaddio™ ConferenceSHOT 10 Camera is an Enterprise-Class, high definition PTZ conferencing camera with high quality imaging, exceptional color reproduction and truly fine detail. With simultaneous and individual USB 3.0 uncompressed and IP (H.264) streaming video outputs, this camera offers integrators, dealers and end users with an impressive improvement over other USB conferencing cameras available today.

The latest generation Exmor™ 1/2.8”, 2.38 Megapixel, Full HD (native 1080p/60) high-speed, low noise CMOS image sensor combined with the new ISP, produces vivid and realistic color with super-fast, razor sharp and transparent auto-focus and iris routines.

The ConferenceSHOT 10 USB has an Ethernet port for IP (H.264) streaming and a built-in web server, which allows the user to control the camera’s functions with an internal web page with any browser from anywhere in the world, over the IP network, while watching the RTSP format video stream with H.264 compression.

With a 74-degree wide horizontal field-of-view and 10X optical zoom, the ConferenceSHOT 10 USB provides great flexibility in a variety of applications including small to medium-sized conference rooms and huddle rooms as well as corporate, healthcare, government and education environments.
