How to use

Place food in a glass container, close with the plastic lid, attach the vacuum hose to the lid adapter and remove the air using a compatible vacuum sealer. Check the integrated date display on the lid to mark storage day and month. For reheating, remove the lid or ensure the lid is vented according to the vacuum sealer instructions before microwaving. For freezing, close the lid and place the containers in the freezer (down to -18 °C).
