How to use

Place the MiniVac on a flat surface and plug it in. Use the approved bags or rolls, or connect the included vacuum tube to certified canisters. For automatic vacuum sealing, insert the open end of the bag into the chamber and start the automatic cycle. For delicate or moist foods, use the manual sealing function to avoid crushing. Use the container cycle to remove air from canisters. After use, open the chamber, remove residue from the removable tank and wash the lower part in the dishwasher if needed.

Recommendations

Use only Berkel-certified bags, rolls and canisters for guaranteed food contact safety. Do not exceed recommended temperature limits: canisters operate from −18°C to 100°C; bags and rolls are BPA-free, suitable for freezer, refrigerator, microwave defrosting, boiling up to 100°C for 1 hour and vacuum cooking up to 90°C for 72 hours.
