How to use

Open the zipper, place food items inside and close the zipper securely. Dock the cordless ZWILLING vacuum pump (sold separately) onto the silicone valve and operate the pump to extract air; the bag seals when you press the push button in the center of the red silicone valve. For sous‑vide cooking, ensure the seal is secure and that temperature and cooking times match the food type. Scan the QR code on the bag with the ZWILLING Culinary World App to register the contents and set reminders.

Recommendations
