How to use

Charge the internal battery if needed, set a 7–15 digit PIN via the on-board keypad and then connect the datAshur PRO to a host USB port. Entering the correct PIN on the keypad unlocks the drive and allows normal file transfer using drag-and-drop or any file-management software. If the PIN is not entered, the drive remains locked and inaccessible. The device requires no additional software or drivers to operate.

Recommendations

Choose a PIN of sufficient length and avoid easily guessable sequences; enable timeout lock and rely on the built-in brute force protection to reduce the risk of unauthorized access.
