MT4095 is a universal USB inspection endoscope designed for visual inspection in hard-to-reach places such as sewer pipes, ventilation ducts, and the interiors of machines and motors. The device features a slim 5.5 mm inspection camera on a flexible 5 m cable, transmits images to a computer or compatible Android smartphone via USB, and uses a 66° CMOS sensor with a 640 x 480 video resolution. The endoscope is USB powered, weighs 0.15 kg and is available in black.

How to use

Connect the endoscope to a PC using the USB cable or to an Android smartphone using the supplied OTG adapter. For PC use, install the ViewPlayCap software from the supplied CD or download it from the manufacturer's link. For mobile use, install the free OTG Endoscope app from Google Play. Start the chosen application, adjust the camera position and brightness of the six LEDs using the control on the cable, and view or record the live video feed on the screen.

Recommendations

Before inserting the camera into pipes or tight mechanical spaces, clean visible debris and avoid forcing the cable through sharp bends. Use the adjustable LED brightness to prevent image washout when the camera is close to reflective surfaces. Disconnect the device from power before storing and keep the camera tip protected to avoid damage.
