How to use

Place the Eaton 5E Gen2 1200 USB on a stable, level surface in a well-ventilated area. Connect protected devices to the UPS AC outlets and plug the UPS into the mains supply. For automatic OS integration and monitoring, connect the UPS to a computer using the USB port and install Eaton UPS Companion software on Windows, macOS or Linux to enable safe shutdown and to review energy usage. In the event of mains failure the UPS will supply battery power; when mains returns, the unit can automatically restart connected equipment.
