How to use

Unpack the Speak2 40, place it on a flat surface in the meeting area and connect it to your device using the provided cable (choose USB-C or USB-A as required). Launch your preferred meeting app and select Speak2 40 as the audio device. Position the speakerphone centrally among participants for best microphone pickup. Adjust device volume if necessary; Voice Level Normalization minimizes the need for frequent changes. After use, store the speakerphone in the protective pouch to maintain durability and keep it clean and charged as recommended by the manufacturer.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, place the Speak2 40 in the centre of the meeting area and avoid covering the microphones. Keep firmware updated via Jabra Xpress or Direct and use the protective pouch when transporting the device to prolong its lifespan.
