How to use

Use the DC/AC voltage and current ranges to measure vehicle circuits and component consumption; use resistance and continuity checks for wiring and sensor diagnostics. Attach the temperature probe to measure component or sensor temperatures. For ignition system checks use the Dwell/Tach and frequency functions and select the appropriate cylinder setting for engines with 4, 6 or 8 cylinders. Observe safety precautions and disconnect power where required before making some measurements.
