How to use

Select a suitable pop rivet gun and the correct rivet size for the materials to be joined. Remove any loose mandrel remnants and verify a secure joint.

Recommendations

For best results, use the rivets with the recommended pop rivet gun (part no. 407200) and pre-drill holes to the specified diameter. Avoid using these aluminium rivets in highly stressed structural applications or where galvanic corrosion might occur between dissimilar metals without proper isolation.
