Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.

The Trust Lyra mini wireless keyboard and mouse set offers a compact QWERTY layout and multi-device connectivity for office and mobile use. The set connects via RF wireless USB receiver plus two Bluetooth channels, includes a rechargeable battery for both keyboard and mouse, and is made partly from recycled plastics. The blue keyboard uses low-profile scissor keys and the mouse has adjustable DPI for everyday productivity across Windows, macOS, iOS, iPadOS, Android and Chrome OS devices.

Advantages

The Lyra set supports triple connection (USB receiver + 2x Bluetooth) for easy switching between three devices. Both keyboard and mouse are rechargeable and can run up to six months on a single charge with a two-hour recharge time. The keyboard is compact with laptop-style scissor keys and adjustable rubber feet, while the ambidextrous mouse provides adjustable cursor speed (800–1600 DPI). The product is produced using 51% recycled plastics and comes in plastic-free packaging.

Suitable for

  • Office work on desktop or laptop computers
  • Mobile use with tablets and smartphones
  • Travel and commuting where a compact keyboard is needed
  • Users who switch often between multiple devices

How to use

Connect the set by inserting the supplied USB receiver into your computer or by pairing via Bluetooth to up to two additional devices. Use the dedicated device-switch buttons on the keyboard to alternate between paired devices. Charge both keyboard and mouse using the provided charging cable; a full charge takes about two hours and provides up to six months of typical use. Adjust keyboard feet to set the preferred typing angle and change the mouse DPI as needed for cursor speed.

Recommendations

For reliable pairing, install the USB receiver first on desktop systems; for mobile devices, enable Bluetooth and select the corresponding Lyra device. Keep the set charged regularly to maintain connection stability, and use the compact keyboard layout for portable setups where desk space is limited.

“Like so many User Guides today it's all in illustrations and the keys you press to get to certain scenarios even smaller it took me a while to work out how to get to Alt Print Screen for screen capture.”
