Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.
Know our brand? Leave an honest review, send us a screenshot, and pick a free gift — shipped free of charge within 1–2 business days.

60% mini mechanical gaming keyboard GXT 867 Acira
60% mini mechanical gaming keyboard with full RGB illumination

Minimum size, maximum impact
The Acira might be small, but it’s certainly mighty too. With an ultra-compact 60% form factor, this mini keyboard gives you even more room for mouse movement, as well as all the functionality you need to smash each and every game, just in a smaller and more convenient size!

The keys to victory
Defeat enemies, win races, explore new lands – you’ll have it all at your fingertips with this keyboard’s Outemu mechanical red switches. Tested for up to 50 million keystrokes, there’s nothing stopping you from grabbing victory after victory.

Life is better in colour
Did we mention the Acira comes with awesome full RGB back-lighting? With up to 16.8 million colours at your disposal, you can take on your games with every colour under the sun, whilst also adding so much cool to your gaming setup.

Double the function, double the fun
Take advantage of a full-size experience in a mini form. The Acira’s dual function keys allow you to do so much more with less keys, ensuring that you still have all the moves you need. How cool is that?!

At your command
Good tech is made to be personalised, which is why this keyboard comes with included software that enables you to do just that. With the ability to customise the lighting and key functions, keyboards have never been better!

All the extras
Just like your favourite game, there’s so much more to the Acira than meets the eye. Along with all of the above, this keyboard also has Fn multifunction keys, a 1.8m detachable cable, and anti-slip 2-step height adjustable feet for more convenient and comfortable gaming.
