Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.

AXE3000 Wi-Fi 6E High Gain Wireless USB Adapter

WiFi 6E: A Freer and Faster Future
WiFi 6E introduces the brand new 6 GHz band without any overlap or interference from other bands and older devices. This means a congestion-free frequency that offers more bandwidth, faster speed, and lower latency.

Greater Coverage
and Stability
The multi-angle adjustable high-gain antennas combine with Beamforming to concentrate WiFi signals towards your router for better reception and reliable connections from far away.

Lower Latency, Higher Efficiency, and Less Congestion

MU-MIMO
Experience flawless streams, gameplay, and uploads while your network simultaneously processes bandwidth for multiple devices.

OFDMA
Working with a compatible router, your PC receives data at the same time as other devices on the same stream. This means next-to-nothing lag for video and games.

USB 3.0 for Superior Transfer Speeds
Experience blazing-fast data transfers of up to 5.0 Gbps with USB 3.0 — the latest USB connectivity standard. USB 3.0 transfers data up to 10x faster than USB 2.0 and is also backwards compatible with USB 2.0. Combined with 802.11ac Wi-Fi, USB 3.0 makes Archer TXE50UH ideal for HD streaming, online gaming and large file downloads.

Easy Use with a Flexible Design
A 1.2-meter USB 3.0 cable makes it easy to find a spot for the Archer TXE50UH in your workspace, and the adapter can be effortlessly attached removed from your computer as needed.

Setup Made Easy
Simple software installation via disk with the intuitive Utility

Next-Gen Security
WPA3 encryption protects your PC from brute-force attacks, keeping your personal data safe.
