Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

The Schleich BAYALA Night Sky Dragon Gold Purple 70762S is a collectible action figure designed for imaginative play for children aged 5 and up. This figure features a gold star on the forehead, dark purple scale-like armor, bright transparent wings and a tail with golden curls. The model includes a golden saddle and a magnetic back for mounting figures. Movable, glittering wings allow dynamic posing to suggest flight and adventure.

Advantages

The Night Sky Dragon combines detailed sculpting and painted accents with movable parts to support storytelling and role-play. Its magnetic back and saddle provide compatibility with compatible figures, while the transparent wings and metallic finishes create a visually striking toy that stands out in a collection. The figure is suitable for display as well as active play.

Suitable for

  • Imaginative play and storytelling for children aged 5 and older
  • Role-play scenes and fantasy dioramas
  • Collecting BAYALA and fantasy action figures
  • Display in toy collections or themed playrooms

Key specifications

  • Intended age: 5 years and up
  • Design highlights: gold star on forehead, dark purple scale detailing, transparent wings
  • Movable parts: wings designed for posing
  • Features: golden saddle and magnetic back for mounting figures
  • Material: durable painted plastic (typical for Schleich figures)

How to use

Use the Night Sky Dragon as a centerpiece for imaginative play by positioning the movable wings to suggest flight or rest. Place a compatible figure on the golden saddle and let the magnetic back secure the rider. Combine with other BAYALA figures and playsets to create extended narratives and scenes. For display, position the figure on a flat surface away from direct sunlight to preserve colors.

Recommendations

Recommended for children aged 5 and above. Inspect the figure regularly for damage and remove from play if small parts become loose. Clean the figure with a soft, damp cloth and avoid harsh chemicals or submersion in water.
