How to use

Set the required torque value using the main N·m scale and the vernier for intermediate values; lbf·ft values are set using the main scale only. Orient the vertical scale for left- or right-hand operation and position the scale line directly above the frame to avoid parallax errors. Fit the appropriate square drive socket or adapter (1/2" mushroom head with ball lock or 3/4" with pin retention), apply the wrench to the fastener, and tighten until the audible and tactile trigger indicates the preset torque has been reached. After use, store the torque wrench with the setting returned to the lowest value to preserve calibration.

Recommendations
