Tips

For best accuracy, insert the probe so the tip reaches the thermal centre of the product. Avoid bending the needle sharply; the TPE cable is designed for repeated flexing but should not be pulled forcefully. After use in food, clean the probe shaft and cable with a damp cloth; the IP67 rating allows rinsing, but do not immerse the handle or connector.
