Teltonika RUT906 Industrial 4G LTE Cat 4 Wireless Router, Dual SIM, 4-Port Ethernet, Wi-Fi 4, DIN-Rail Mountable, EU Version

The Teltonika RUT906 stands apart from typical office routers by combining industrial-grade durability with dual-SIM 4G LTE connectivity in a compact aluminium housing. Built for remote monitoring, IoT gateways, and failover-critical applications, it delivers reliable internet access even in harsh environments where consumer devices would fail.

Highlights

• 4G LTE Cat 4 with dual SIM slots for automatic failover and load balancing
• Wi-Fi 4 (802.11b/g/n) with up to 300 Mbps wireless speed
• 4 Ethernet ports (1 WAN, 3 LAN) at 10/100 Mbps
• Wide 9-30 VDC power input and -40 °C to 75 °C operating temperature
• Runs RutOS (OpenWrt-based) with advanced VPN, VLAN, Modbus TCP, and MQTT support

In daily use

The RUT906 is a workhorse for industrial connectivity. Its dual SIM capability ensures uninterrupted internet by automatically switching to a backup carrier if the primary link drops. The four Ethernet ports allow wired connections for PLCs, cameras, or computers, while Wi-Fi 4 provides wireless access for nearby devices. The device can be mounted on a DIN rail or wall, and its aluminium housing dissipates heat efficiently, making it suitable for cabinets and outdoor enclosures.
