Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.
Know our brand? Leave an honest review, send us a screenshot, and pick a free gift — shipped free of charge within 1–2 business days.

The Frame TV combines a slim, picture-frame design with customizable bezels and a Slim Fit Wall Mount to blend into home decor while offering high-quality QLED picture performance. It functions as a television when on and displays curated artwork in Art Mode when off, with access to the Samsung Art Store and monthly complimentary streams. Adjustable stands, matte anti-reflective display, PANTONE-validated colour and AI-driven improvements deliver detailed, natural-looking images and flexible installation options.

Advantages

The Frame offers a dual-purpose solution: it serves as a high-quality QLED TV and as a display for digital art. Customisable clip-on bezels and a Slim Fit Wall Mount let the set visually integrate with different interiors. Art Mode, Samsung Art Store and Art Store Streams provide a wide selection of artwork and monthly complimentary pieces. Advanced features include Samsung Vision AI, brightness and motion sensors, Matte Display and PANTONE validation for accurate colour reproduction. The included SolarCell Remote reduces disposable battery use, while the NQ4 AI Gen2 processor and AI Sound Pro optimise picture and sound in real time.

Key specifications

  • Display type: QLED with Matte Display (anti-reflective)
  • Processor: NQ4 AI Gen2 4K processor
  • Colour validation: PANTONE-validated colour reproduction
  • Art features: Art Mode, Samsung Art Store (3,500+ artworks), Art Store Streams (30 complimentary artworks/month), Art Home, Generative Wallpaper
  • Mounting and stand: Slim Fit Wall Mount included; height adjustable stand
  • Sensors: Brightness sensor, Motion sensor (adaptive Art Mode)
  • HDR: Quantum HDR for enhanced brightness and detail
  • Remote: SolarCell Remote with indoor light charging and RF power harvesting
  • Audio: AI Sound Pro with Adaptive Sound and Active Voice Amplifier

How to use

Mount The Frame using the included Slim Fit Wall Mount for a near-wall, picture-like appearance or place it on the adjustable stand to set preferred viewing height and accommodate a soundbar. When the TV is switched off or idle, activate Art Mode to display selected artworks from the internal gallery or Samsung Art Store. Use the settings to choose matte canvas layouts, select mat colours, and adjust gallery brightness and palette to match room lighting and decor. Enable sensors so the TV automatically enters Art Mode when someone is nearby and powers down when the room is empty.
