Teleprompter Desview T3 15-inch display lightweight teleprompter for cameras and smartphones

Desview T3 is a lightweight 15-inch teleprompter designed for use with cameras and smartphones. The 15" display presents scrolling text close to the lens, enabling presenters to read scripts while maintaining eye direction toward the camera. Its compact form factor and relatively low weight make the unit suitable for run-and-gun shoots, studio interviews, vlogging, presentations and live streaming where a clear on-camera prompt is required.

Advantages

The teleprompter combines a 15-inch bright display with an optical beam splitter glass that reflects text toward the presenter while transmitting the camera image, reducing parallax and allowing a natural line of sight. Its lightweight construction and streamlined mounting accommodate both mirrorless and DSLR cameras as well as smartphones with appropriate holders. The design supports quick assembly and disassembly for portable workflows and fits common tripod and rig standards for stable positioning.

Suitable for

• Vlogging and solo content creation
• Interviews and documentary shoots
• Live streaming and webinars
• Corporate presentations and training videos
• On-location run-and-gun productions

Key specifications

• Display diagonal: 15 inches
• Display type: front-facing monitor with text-scrolling capability
• Reflective beam splitter glass for on-axis prompting
• Compatible with cameras and smartphones via adjustable mount
• Lightweight and portable construction for easy transport

How to use

Mount the teleprompter on a tripod or rig and secure your camera or smartphone in the optical center behind the beam splitter glass. Connect the 15" display to a playback device, computer, or smartphone app capable of sending scrolling text to the monitor. Adjust font size, scroll speed and text alignment on the controlling device so the lines remain readable at the presenter’s eye level. Position the teleprompter close to the lens to minimize eye movement and verify that the camera can focus through the beam splitter without obstruction.

Recommendations

For best results, use medium-contrast fonts and set a scroll speed that matches natural speaking pace; perform a few rehearsal readings to fine-tune text size and speed. When using smartphones, ensure the phone holder is secured and balanced, and check that any protective cases do not interfere with alignment. Store the teleprompter in a padded bag during transport to protect the beam splitter glass and the display.
