Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.

TCL 75P69K is a 75" (191 cm) 4K Ultra HD Smart TV with LED Direct‑LED backlight and a native resolution of 3840 x 2160. It runs Google TV (Android 12) and is powered by the TCL AiPQ quad‑core processor. The set supports HDR10, AI Upscale and game-oriented features such as Auto Low Latency Mode (ALLM), Variable Refresh Rate (VRR) and AMD FreeSync. Connectivity includes Wi‑Fi, Bluetooth, Ethernet, 3× HDMI 2.1, USB ports and eARC. The TV is finished in black, supports VESA 300 x 300 mounting and is supplied with a desktop stand and remote control.

Advantages

The TV offers 4K Ultra HD resolution with Direct‑LED backlighting and HDR10 for improved picture detail and contrast. The TCL AiPQ processor provides AI upscaling and picture processing while game features (ALLM, VRR, AMD FreeSync) reduce input lag and stutter. Google TV provides access to apps via Google Play, built‑in Chromecast and voice assistant compatibility. Multiple connectivity options (3× HDMI 2.1, eARC, Ethernet, Wi‑Fi, Bluetooth) and support for Dolby Atmos audio with 30 W output enable flexible use with external devices and sound systems.

Key specifications

How to use

Unpack the TV and assemble the desktop stand or mount the set on a VESA 300 × 300 bracket according to the supplied mounting kit and the user manual. Connect the power cable and use the HDMI 2.1 inputs for consoles, Blu‑ray players or set‑top boxes. For network services, connect to a local network via Wi‑Fi or Ethernet and sign in to Google TV to access apps from Google Play, use built‑in Chromecast or enable voice control with Google Assistant. Configure picture and sound settings through the On Screen Display (OSD) menus and enable game modes (ALLM/VRR) when connecting compatible game hardware.

Recommendations

Place the TV on a stable surface or securely wall‑mount it at eye level for the best viewing experience. For gaming, use HDMI 2.1 cables and enable ALLM and VRR in both console/PC and TV settings. To reduce power consumption, use auto power off and adjust brightness or picture mode when watching HDR content. Maintain operating temperature between 5–35 °C and relative humidity within the specified range.
