Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.
Know our brand? Leave an honest review, send us a screenshot, and pick a free gift — shipped free of charge within 1–2 business days.

Get the most out of your USB-C smartphone with this Universal USB-C Phone Dock. Dock your USB-C DP Alt Mode phone to the Universal USB-C Phone Dock and connect it to an external HDMI display to extend the functionality of your phone to your television or monitor. Plug in key peripherals – like a mouse and keyboard – your Ethernet cable, and an SD and/or microSD card to enhance connectivity.

Also, dock your Samsung DeX-enabled phone to create a full desktop experience. Plus, simultaneously charge your phone by connecting your power supply to the USB-C 3.2 Gen 1 port.

Compact, lightweight, and versatile, it can easily be taken from home, to office, to conference room. The base tilts to two different viewing angles and can support your video conferencing needs using the front or rear-facing smartphone cameras.

Connect and Charge
Connect a mouse and keyboard to turn you phone into a desktop experience or simply connect to your television to watch your movies or play video games in a larger format – all while your phone is charging.

Compact and Lightweight
Perfectly portable, the dock can be used at home, on the road or in the office. Its small surface area also means it take us little room on your desk or tv stand, so it stays out of the way.
