We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.
But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:
We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Turn the tablet on using the power button and complete the initial setup by connecting to Wi‑Fi or inserting a compatible 5G SIM. Sign in with your Samsung or Google account to access apps and cloud services, then insert a MicroSD card if additional storage is required. Use the S Pen for handwriting, sketching or tapping the Galaxy AI key to access AI features. Open the Camera app for photos and video calls; use the front camera for conferencing and the rear camera for higher‑resolution shots. Adjust display brightness or enable High Brightness Mode when outdoors; enable Wi‑Fi 6 or cellular data for online services.
For best battery life and performance, keep the tablet’s software updated, close unused apps when multitasking, and store large libraries on an inserted MicroSD card. Use a protective case when carrying the tablet outdoors despite its IP68 rating, and calibrate S Pen settings in the tablet’s input options for optimal handwriting and drawing. When using 5G connectivity, check carrier coverage and data plan details to manage usage.
