Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.

The Apple iPad mini 8.3" with A17 Pro and 128GB storage runs iPadOS 18 and offers a compact, lightweight tablet experience. The 8.3-inch LED display has a resolution of 2266 x 1488 pixels. The device is powered by the A17 Pro processor, includes a 12 MP rear camera and a 12 MP front camera, supports Wi‑Fi 6E, and weighs 293 g. Its grey finish and 128 GB internal storage make it suitable for everyday productivity, media playback and video calls.

Advantages

The A17 Pro chip provides fast performance for apps and multitasking while the high-resolution 8.3" display delivers clear text and detailed images. Dual 12 MP cameras cover both photography and video calls. Wi‑Fi 6E support improves wireless speed and latency where available. The tablet is lightweight (293 g) and has a compact form factor that is easy to carry.

Suitable for

  • Reading and web browsing
  • Watching video and streaming
  • Video calls and conferencing
  • Productivity apps and note-taking
  • Light photo and video capture

How to use

Power on the iPad mini using the top button and follow the on‑screen setup to sign in with your Apple ID and configure iPadOS 18. Use the touchscreen to navigate apps, the Camera app to take photos or start a video call with the front camera, and the Settings app to connect to a Wi‑Fi 6E network. Transfer files via iCloud or other cloud services, and install apps from the App Store according to your needs.

Recommendations

For longer battery life, reduce screen brightness and close unused apps. To protect the device, use a compatible cover and avoid prolonged exposure to water despite the IP42 rating; IP42 provides limited protection against dripping water. Back up important data regularly via iCloud.
