Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.

Apple iPad Air 13-inch (33 cm) Wi‑Fi 1TB with the M4 chip and 12 GB of RAM is a large-screen tablet designed for multimedia, productivity and creative workflows. The 13-inch Liquid Retina LED display delivers a 2732 × 2048 resolution, while 1 TB of internal storage provides space for large files, applications and media. The device runs iPadOS 26, includes 12 MP front and rear cameras, supports Wi‑Fi 7 (802.11be) connectivity and is rated IP42 for basic protection against dust and splashes. It weighs approximately 616 g and is supplied in a beige finish.

Advantages

The M4 processor optimises performance for demanding applications and graphics tasks while remaining power efficient. The large 13-inch display offers high-resolution visuals suited to photo and video review, multitasking, and creative editing. A full terabyte of internal storage reduces the need for external drives and simplifies management of large libraries. iPadOS 26 and the iPad app ecosystem provide native support for productivity and creative tools, and Wi‑Fi 7 ensures faster wireless data transfer when a compatible network is available.

Suitable for

  • Photo and video editing on a large, color-accurate screen

  • Streaming high-resolution video and multimedia consumption
  • Digital drawing and creative apps with stylus support (stylus sold separately)
  • Storing large media libraries, projects and apps locally

Charge the device with the recommended Apple power adapter and USB‑C cable; adhere to safe charging practices to preserve battery longevity. For camera use, launch the Camera app or compatible third‑party apps for photography, video recording and video calls.

Recommendations

Store the tablet in a dry environment and avoid exposure to heavy dust or liquids beyond its IP42 rating. Keep iPadOS and apps updated for security and performance improvements.
