Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.

Apple iPad Air 11-inch with the M3 chip is a lightweight Wi‑Fi tablet designed for everyday productivity, media consumption and creative work. It features an 11-inch LED display with 2360×1640 resolution, 128 GB internal storage and 8 GB RAM. The device runs iPadOS 18, provides Wi‑Fi 6E connectivity, a 12 MP rear camera and a 12 MP front camera, and offers IP42 dust and splash protection. The tablet weighs approximately 460 g and is available in Blue.

Advantages

The M3 processor family brings improved performance for multitasking, graphic‑intensive apps and smooth system responsiveness. The 11‑inch 2360×1640 LED display delivers detailed visuals suitable for reading, video playback and photo editing. With 128 GB of internal storage and 8 GB of RAM the tablet handles larger app libraries and simultaneous apps. Wi‑Fi 6E enhances wireless throughput where networks support it, while iPadOS 18 provides native app compatibility and optimized tablet features. IP42 protection reduces risk from dust and light splashes in everyday use.

  • Streaming video and audio playback
  • Photo and video capture with the 12 MP cameras

Set up the iPad Air by following the on‑screen instructions to sign in with your Apple ID and configure Wi‑Fi. Install apps from the App Store for work, education or entertainment. Use the front camera for video calls and the rear camera for photos or scanning documents. Adjust display brightness and system settings in Settings to balance battery life and performance. For data backup enable iCloud or other cloud services to keep documents and media synchronized.

Recommendations

Use the tablet primarily on Wi‑Fi networks since it does not support mobile networks.
