Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.
Know our brand? Leave an honest review, send us a screenshot, and pick a free gift — shipped free of charge within 1–2 business days.

The Apple iPad 11-inch Air M3 combines an 11-inch LED display with a 2360 x 1640 resolution and the Apple M3 processor to deliver responsive performance for everyday use and demanding apps. With 8 GB of RAM and 512 GB of internal storage, the tablet offers ample memory and space for multitasking, media and files. It includes a 12 MP rear camera and a 12 MP front camera, supports Wi‑Fi 6E, runs iPadOS 18 and weighs 460 g; the device is IP42-rated and comes in purple.

Advantages

The iPad Air M3 provides a high-resolution display, strong processing power from the Apple M3 chip and a large 512 GB storage capacity, enabling smooth multitasking and storage for apps, photos and videos. Install or update apps from the App Store, transfer media to the 512 GB internal storage and adjust display and camera settings as needed in iPadOS 18. Use the front camera for video calls and the rear camera for photos or scanning documents. Charge with a compatible USB‑C charger and keep the device in a protective case for daily transport.
