Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.
Know our brand? Leave an honest review, send us a screenshot, and pick a free gift — shipped free of charge within 1–2 business days.

The Apple iPad 11-inch Air features an 11-inch LED display with 2360 x 1640 resolution, powered by the Apple M3 processor and running iPadOS 18. It includes 8 GB of RAM, 1 TB of internal storage, a 12 MP rear camera and a 12 MP front camera, Wi‑Fi 6E support and a lightweight 460 g chassis in beige color.

Advantages

High-performance Apple M3 processor combined with 8 GB RAM delivers smooth multitasking and app performance. Large 1 TB storage provides ample space for apps, media and files. Bright 11-inch display with 2360 x 1640 resolution offers detailed images. Front and rear 12 MP cameras support video calls and photography. Wi‑Fi 6E ensures faster wireless connectivity when supported by the network.

Suitable for

  • Productivity and multitasking with productivity apps and web browsing
  • Photo and video capture, as well as video calls
  • Media consumption: streaming, reading and light photo/video editing
  • On‑the‑go use thanks to a lightweight design and long battery cycle life

  • Display: 11" LED, 2360 x 1640 resolution
  • Processor: Apple M3
  • Memory: 8 GB RAM
  • Storage: 1 TB internal

How to use

Turn on the iPad using the power button and follow the on‑screen setup to connect to a Wi‑Fi network and sign in with an Apple ID. Install apps from the App Store for work, education or entertainment. Use the Camera app for photos and video calls; switch between front and rear cameras as needed. Adjust display brightness and sound in Settings. Charge the device with the supplied or compatible USB‑C charger and monitor battery health in Settings.

Recommendations

For best wireless performance, use Wi‑Fi 6E on a compatible router. Keep iPadOS updated to the latest version for security and feature improvements. Use a protective case to reduce the risk of damage — the device has IP42 dust and splash protection but is not fully water resistant.
