How to use

Fit the required attachment (beater, dough hook, whisk, silicone mixing tool or slicing/grating accessory) into the mixer head, place ingredients into the stainless steel bowl, close the safety cover and select an appropriate speed. Start at a low speed when combining dry and wet ingredients, then increase as needed. For heavy doughs use lower speeds and the dough hook; for whipping use the whisk at higher speeds. Stop the machine before changing attachments or removing the bowl.

Recommendations

Use the dough hook for yeast doughs and the beater for cookie and cake batters. Clean detachable accessories in the dishwasher where indicated and wipe the main housing with a damp cloth.
