Advantages

How to use

Slide the enclosure lid backwards with light pressure, place the M.2 PCIe NVMe SSD onto the PCB and secure it with the integrated rubber nipple, then reattach the lid until it locks. Connect the enclosure to the PS5 using the two USB Type-A connectors; use the enclosure’s forwarded USB Type-A port to attach additional USB devices or to charge a controller. To copy games from a PS4, connect the enclosure with the supplied extension cable to the PS4 and follow the console’s transfer procedures. The enclosure can also be connected to a PC or laptop via the extension cable for file transfers.

Recommendations

Use an M.2 PCIe NVMe SSD in the supported sizes (2242/2260/2280) and ensure the SSD firmware is up to date.
