How to use

Charge the headphones before first use and power them on to enter pairing mode. Use Fast Pair on Android or Swift Pair on Windows 10/11 for quick connection, or pair via Bluetooth settings and enable multipoint to connect two devices simultaneously. Install the Sony | Headphones Connect app to create and save EQ presets, enable DSEE and personalise 360 Reality Audio based on ear shape. During calls, use the earcup buttons to answer or end calls and the voice button to access Google Assistant or Siri. Adjust fit with the headband and position earcups for comfort during long listening sessions.
