Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

The Sony WF-L910 LinkBuds Open are wireless in-ear headphones with an open design that preserves awareness of ambient sound while delivering clear audio over Bluetooth. Lightweight and ergonomically shaped, these earbuds are intended for comfortable extended wear and convenient day-to-day use. The open form factor reduces ear occlusion, allowing users to hear conversations, announcements and environmental cues without removing the earbuds.

Advantages

The open architecture provides ambient sound transparency that keeps you connected to your surroundings. Bluetooth wireless connectivity ensures easy pairing with smartphones and other compatible devices. The lightweight construction and comfortable fit minimize pressure in the ear canal during long listening sessions. Battery performance supports extended use between charges, and the design balances audio clarity with situational awareness.

Suitable for

  • Commuting and city walking where environmental awareness is required
  • Office use and remote work where hearing colleagues or announcements matters
  • Hands-free calls and voice assistants while keeping ears open to surroundings
  • Casual music listening and podcasts throughout the day

Key specifications

  • Form factor: open in-ear earbuds designed for ambient sound transparency
  • Connectivity: wireless Bluetooth streaming
  • Fit: ergonomic, lightweight design for all-day comfort
  • Battery life: extended playback between charges for typical daily use
  • Use case suitability: indoor and outdoor listening with situational awareness

How to use

Place each earbud into the corresponding ear and adjust for a comfortable fit; the open design does not block the ear canal completely. Enable Bluetooth on your source device and follow pairing instructions displayed on the device to establish a wireless connection. Use the touch or physical controls on the earbuds to manage playback, answer calls and access voice assistant features. Recharge the earbuds using the supplied charging case or cable as indicated in the product documentation.

Recommendations

For safe and optimal use, keep volume at a moderate level to maintain awareness of surrounding sounds. Clean the earbud surfaces regularly and store them in the charging case when not in use to protect drivers and charging contacts. When using outdoors, remain attentive to traffic and public safety signals; the open design facilitates environmental listening but does not replace situational caution.
