Solar pump system Renkforce Model 1007584 2 W — solar-powered water pump

Renkforce Solar Pump System Model 1007584 is a 2 W solar-powered water pump engineered for small-scale outdoor water circulation. The compact unit draws energy from direct sunlight to run a low-power motor that moves water quietly and continuously without connection to the electrical grid. Designed for easy installation and maintenance-light operation, this pump is intended for applications such as garden ponds, fountains and birdbaths where a modest, reliable flow is required.

Advantages

The 2 W solar-powered design eliminates the need for external wiring or mains electricity, reducing operating costs and enabling placement where no outlet is available. Its compact form factor allows discreet installation in small water features and tight spaces. Silent operation and low maintenance requirements make it suitable for continuous outdoor use. Energy conversion is automatic with sufficient sunlight, providing an environmentally friendly solution with simple day-time operation.

Suitable for

• Small garden ponds and decorative water features
• Outdoor fountains and cascades
• Birdbaths and wildlife drinking stations
• Circulation and aeration in small containers or plant trays

Key specifications

• Rated input power: 2 W (solar-powered)
• Power source: photovoltaic (solar) panel-driven
• Application environment: outdoor use in direct sunlight
• Typical flow: designed for low to moderate flow suitable for small water features
• Operation: quiet, continuous daytime operation when illuminated
• Installation: compact, submersible or inline mounting options depending on setup

How to use

Place the solar panel where it receives direct sunlight for the longest portion of the day, choosing an angle and location free from shade. Install the pump in the water feature ensuring it is fully submerged if used as a submersible unit or connected properly if configured inline. Connect the pump to the solar panel following the manufacturer’s polarity guidance, ensuring cables are routed safely and kept dry where appropriate. Start-up is automatic when the panel receives sufficient sunlight; monitor initial operation to confirm correct water flow and positioning. Regularly inspect the intake area for debris and clean as needed to maintain consistent performance.

Recommendations

For reliable performance, position the solar panel in full sun and orient it toward the midday sun for maximum energy. Avoid operating the pump in heavily shaded conditions or during extended cloudy periods if continuous flow is required. Periodic cleaning of the pump intake and solar panel surface will improve longevity and maintain efficiency. In regions with freezing temperatures, remove the pump from outdoor water features during winter to prevent damage from ice.
