A sleep analysis function records sleep phases and presents the data in the app, supporting the building of healthier habits. Menstrual cycle monitoring features are available for women.

In addition, the Colmi P80 has a built-in flashlight, calculator, timer, alarm clock, reminders to drink water and sit for a long time, as well as the ability to control your phone's camera. Long working time and fast charging
Colmi P80 is equipped with a 280 mAh battery, which allows up to 5-7 days of operation in standard use and up to 30 days in standby mode. Talking for up to 6 hours is also possible. There is also the advantage of fast charging via a USB-C port - after about 2 hours it will be ready for further operation.

How to use
Charge the watch using the supplied USB‑C cable until fully powered (about 2 hours). Install the Colmi Fit app on a compatible smartphone, enable Bluetooth and pair the watch following in‑app instructions. Use the touchscreen and rotating crown to navigate menus, enable continuous heart rate and SpO2 monitoring in the device or app settings, and customize watch faces from the available themes. For calls and notifications, grant notification and call permissions in the app. Activate sport modes from the exercise menu before training to record duration, heart rate and calories.
Recommendations
For accurate health data, wear the watch snugly on your wrist and keep the sensors clean. Charge regularly to maintain battery health and update firmware via the Colmi Fit app when updates are available. Avoid prolonged exposure to strong chemicals or salt water despite the IP67 rating.
