Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.
Know our brand? Leave an honest review, send us a screenshot, and pick a free gift — shipped free of charge within 1–2 business days.

Ulefone Armor 28 Ultra combines rugged durability with advanced imaging and high-end performance. The device features a watch-inspired rear sub-display centered among the camera modules, a large 6.67" AMOLED main display with 120Hz refresh, and a reinforced chassis rated to IP68/IP69K and MIL-STD-810H. Powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ and equipped with up to 16GB LPDDR5X RAM and 1TB UFS4.0 storage, it targets users who need long battery life, strong processing power, and professional-grade thermal and optical imaging in demanding environments.

Advantages

The phone offers a combination of flagship performance and specialised sensors: a 1" Sony IMX989 50MP main camera, 8K video capture, a 50MP ultra-wide macro lens, a 64MP Night Vision camera with enhanced infrared LEDs, and a 50MP front camera. Dedicated thermal imaging hardware (ThermoVue T2 with SharpenAI) and an independent infrared ISP deliver higher thermal resolution and faster output. A large 10,600 mAh battery with 120W wired charging, graphene cooling, dual 5G and Wi‑Fi 7 support, plus an included USB 3.2 Gen 2 cable, provide extended autonomy, rapid data transfer and stable connectivity for field work.

How to use

Use the long-press physical snapshot key to open the camera directly and press briefly to take photos without unlocking the device. Access the rear 1.04" sub-display for quick notifications, music controls and selfie shortcuts. For thermal inspections, open the ThermoVue Pro app to select operation modes, view fusion AI overlays, and record or export thermal images. Charge with the supplied USB 3.2 Gen 2 cable and a compatible PD/PPS charger to enable fast 120W wired charging; standard USB‑C charging remains supported when using other chargers.
