Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.
Know our brand? Leave an honest review, send us a screenshot, and pick a free gift — shipped free of charge within 1–2 business days.

How to use

Open the device to access the full 6.7" display for tasks such as browsing, video playback and multitasking. Use the foldable hinge to position the screen at a preferred angle for hands-free video calls or photography. Insert two SIM cards in the Dual SIM tray to manage work and personal numbers, configure network settings for 5G where available, and sign in with your Google account to restore apps and settings on Android 14. Use the camera app for photos and video recording; switch between rear and front cameras as needed. Charge the 4000 mAh battery with a compatible charger and follow on-screen battery optimization settings to extend runtime.

Recommendations

For reliable daily performance, keep the system software and apps updated via Android 14 updates and Samsung software updates. Use a protective case designed for the Galaxy Z Flip6 to protect the hinge and outer surfaces, avoid exposing the device to strong water jets despite IP48 resistance, and monitor battery health by avoiding prolonged full discharges.

Independent reviews by tech media

digitalspy.comYasmine

Verdict: I would actually buy the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip6 because it's stylish and speedy with lots of useful AI features and a better camera than most other flip phones. I love how easily it slips into my bag and it's great to have so many colourways available to...

Pros
  • New AI-powered features
  • Stylish design, lots of colours
  • Powerful performance
Cons
  • Not dust resistant
  • Camera is still hit-and-miss
  • Not all apps will run on the cover screen

8/10

“The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 6 does everything that a regular phone will do. Samsung is closing the gap when it comes to the camera, but you do still pay for the folding novelty compared to a regular phone.”

Pros
  • Great design
  • Solid performance
  • IP48 protection rating
Cons
  • Galaxy AI is a little oversold
  • Not great for gaming
  • Battery life on the short side
  • External display could do more

“The best foldable phones are no longer considered the overly expensive, impractical cousins of the best phones around, but the number of clamshell foldables on the market continues to be dwarfed by the number of tablet-style foldables on offer in 2024.”

10/10

Verdict: It's still early days, but the Galaxy Z Flip6 feels like a significant step forward for Samsung's little clamshell that could. It finally has the camera hardware and battery capacity to more closely match the mainstream Galaxy S24, while keeping pace on p...

Pros
  • Pros
  • New lead camera sensor has been a long time coming
  • Battery comfortably lasts all day
  • Top-tier performance and ahead in AI
Cons
  • Cons
  • Cover screen still focuses on widgets rather than apps
  • Competition is cheaper and arguably superior in some areas

8/10

Verdict: The Galaxy Z Flip 6 doesn't change much on the design front, but there are some important changes elsewhere that make this a smart choice for those after a clamshell foldable. The addition of the vapour chamber should alleviate any heat issues, while the...
