Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.

The OnePlus 13R is a 6.78" smartphone with a 2780 x 1264 display, Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, 12 GB LPDDR5X RAM and 256 GB internal storage. It combines high refresh-rate gaming capabilities, an advanced cooling system and a versatile triple rear camera system led by a 50 MP sensor. The device runs Android 15, supports Dual SIM and 5G, features a 6000 mAh battery and an IP65 rating for protection against heavy rain.

Advantages

The OnePlus 13R delivers near-instant 120 fps HDR gaming and reduced input latency thanks to GPU pipeline tuning, while Dual Cryo-velocity vapor chambers and a reinforced middle frame improve heat dissipation under load. The X2 display material with LTPO 4.1 enables dynamic refresh rates from 1 Hz to 120 Hz for efficient, smooth visuals. Photography features include a 50 MP telephoto lens with flagship-level algorithms, 2x/4x optical-quality zoom and Livephoto for capturing and replaying motion frames. Additional benefits include OnePlus AI for on-device intelligent search and productivity, robust connectivity with omni-directional antennas and BeaconLink for extended reach in remote areas.

Suitable for

  • High-frame-rate mobile gaming (PUBG Mobile at 120 fps)
  • Photography enthusiasts seeking telephoto and portrait capabilities
  • Users needing long battery life and daily multitasking
  • Outdoor use in rain or humid conditions (IP65)
  • People who require stable connectivity in remote locations

  • RAM / Storage: 12 GB LPDDR5X / 256 GB internal
  • Cameras: Triple rear camera, main 50 MP telephoto; front 16 MP
  • Battery: 6000 mAh (rated endurance up to 1200 cycles)
  • OS: Android 15
  • Connectivity: 5G, Dual SIM, omni-directional antennas, BeaconLink
  • Protection: IP65
  • Weight: 0.206 kg

How to use

Power on the OnePlus 13R and follow the Android 15 setup prompts to configure accounts, Dual SIM connectivity and preferred network settings. For gaming, enable the high refresh-rate mode or the game-specific performance profile to target 120 fps in supported titles like PUBG Mobile. Use the camera app to select telephoto or optical zoom modes (2x or 4x) and enable Livephoto to capture short motion sequences; choose a preferred frame in playback. Use OnePlus AI features from the search or assistant interface to perform on-device queries and smart tasks. Charge the device with a compatible charger and manage battery settings for extended endurance.

Recommendations

To maintain optimal thermal performance during intensive gaming, use a case that does not obstruct the vapor chamber area and ensure adequate airflow; enable adaptive refresh rate when not gaming to conserve battery life. For best camera results, keep lenses clean and use the telephoto mode for medium-distance portrait shots.
