Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.
Know our brand? Leave an honest review, send us a screenshot, and pick a free gift — shipped free of charge within 1–2 business days.

Google tablet with a 16 cm (6.3") 1280 x 2856 Corning Glass display offers a compact, high-resolution screen suitable for multimedia and productivity. The device runs Android 16.0 and supports 5G connectivity with Dual SIM (NanoSIM + eSIM), providing flexible mobile data options. Storage configurations include 16 GB RAM with up to 256 GB internal storage, while connectivity features include Wi‑Fi 7 (802.11be), Bluetooth 6.0 and NFC for quick pairing and contactless interactions.

Advantages

The tablet combines a bright Corning Glass display and a powerful imaging system with a triple camera including 50 MP and 48 MP sensors, enabling detailed photos and video capture. Modern connectivity — 5G, Wi‑Fi 7 and Bluetooth 6.0 — ensures fast data transfer and low latency. Compact size, expandable storage options and Android 16.0 provide a familiar, up-to-date user experience.

Key specifications

  • Display: 16 cm (6.3") 1280 x 2856 pixels, Corning Glass

Use the camera app to capture photos or videos with the 50 MP and 48 MP sensors. Manage storage and apps through system settings and back up important data to cloud services linked to your Google account.

Recommendations

For best performance, keep the system updated to the latest Android 16.0 patches, use a reliable 5G or Wi‑Fi 7 connection for streaming and cloud backups, and protect the screen with a suitable Corning Glass-friendly case or protector.
