Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.

The Apple iPhone 16 Pro in Sand is a 5G dual‑SIM smartphone with a 6.3" Super Retina XDR display (2622 x 1206) and 512 GB of internal storage. Powered by the A18 Pro chip and running iOS 18, it combines a 48 MP main rear camera system with a 12 MP front camera, IP68 dust and water resistance, USB‑C charging and a lightweight 199 g design. The device supports NanoSIM + eSIM configurations, Bluetooth connectivity and up to 23 W USB‑C charging, suited for photography, multitasking and everyday mobile use.

Advantages

The A18 Pro processor delivers responsive performance for apps, multimedia and multitasking while the 512 GB internal storage provides ample space for photos, video and files without external cards. The 6.3" Super Retina XDR display offers high resolution and color accuracy for viewing content and editing images. IP68 protection adds resistance to dust and water, and the phone’s 199 g weight balances a robust build with portable comfort. Dual SIM capability supports separate personal and work lines or international roaming via eSIM.

How to use

Power on the iPhone 16 Pro and follow the on‑screen setup to sign in with your Apple ID, enable iCloud and configure Face ID or passcode. Insert a physical NanoSIM if required and activate an eSIM profile through your carrier for dual‑SIM operation. Use the Camera app to select photo or video modes, and edit images directly on the 6.3" display. Charge the device with the supplied or compatible USB‑C cable and a USB‑C power adapter supporting up to 23 W for faster charging. Keep iOS updated via Settings to receive security patches and feature updates.

Recommendations

For reliable camera results, enable Smart HDR and use the native Camera app for low‑light scenes or video capture. Use iCloud or a trusted backup solution to protect photos and settings before performing major updates. Maintain IP68 protection by ensuring ports and seals are free from debris and avoid prolonged exposure to high‑velocity water. For sustained performance, update apps regularly and monitor battery health if you expect heavy daily use.
