Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.
Know our brand? Leave an honest review, send us a screenshot, and pick a free gift — shipped free of charge within 1–2 business days.

The Apple iPhone 15 Plus in green features a 6.7" display with 2796 x 1290 pixel resolution, A16-class performance, 128 GB internal storage and iOS 17. It includes a 48 MP main rear camera, a 2x telephoto option and a 12 MP front camera. The device combines a color-infused glass and aluminum design with IP68 dust and water resistance and supports 5G and Dual SIM. Charging uses a USB-C connector.

Advantages

Dynamic Island provides compact, glanceable alerts and Live Activities. The 48 MP main camera enables higher-resolution photos and improved detail capture. A 2x telephoto lens expands framing options without a bulky module. Durable color-infused glass and aluminum construction offers a refined finish while maintaining protection against water and dust. USB-C charging simplifies connectivity and compatibility with common chargers.

Suitable for

  • Everyday smartphone use including calls, messaging and web browsing
  • Photography and social media content creation with high-resolution rear camera
  • Mobile gaming and multitasking that benefit from A16 performance
  • Travel and outdoor use requiring IP68 protection

Manage network and SIM settings in Settings → Cellular, and customize Dynamic Island and Live Activities from the Notifications and Focus settings.

Recommendations

For best photo results, enable high-resolution capture in camera settings when available, keep the lens clean, and use IP68 protection responsibly by avoiding exposure to high-pressure water or corrosive liquids. Use recommended USB-C chargers to maintain battery health.
