Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.
Know our brand? Leave an honest review, send us a screenshot, and pick a free gift — shipped free of charge within 1–2 business days.

The Apple iPhone 15 in yellow features a 6.1" display with 2556 x 1179 pixel resolution, 256 GB internal storage and runs iOS 17. It is powered by an Apple A16-class processor, weighs 171 g and offers dual SIM capability and 5G connectivity. The device has a dual rear camera system led by a 48 MP main sensor and a 12 MP front camera, a durable color-infused glass and aluminum design, and an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance.

Advantages

The phone combines a high-resolution 48 MP main camera and a 2x telephoto option for more detailed photos, a bright 6.1" display, and fast 5G data support. USB-C charging provides standardised, convenient power and data transfer. The lightweight aluminium-and-glass construction with colour infusion offers a durable finish while maintaining a compact form factor and IP68 protection.

Suitable for

  • Daily communication and messaging
  • Mobile photography and social media content
  • Streaming video and web browsing
  • Work tasks requiring email, calendar and cloud access
  • Travel and outdoor use with water and dust resistance

Key specifications

  • Display: 6.1", 2556 x 1179 pixels
  • Processor: Apple A16-class
  • Internal storage: 256 GB
  • Rear cameras: 48 MP main + 2x telephoto
  • Front camera: 12 MP
  • Connectivity: 5G, Dual SIM, USB-C charging
  • Operating system: iOS 17
  • Protection rating: IP68
  • Weight: 171 g

How to use

Power on the iPhone and complete the iOS 17 setup assistant to sign in with your Apple ID, configure Dual SIM settings and restore data if needed. Use the Camera app to choose between the 48 MP main sensor and the 2x telephoto mode for different framing; adjust exposure and composition on the 6.1" display. Charge the device with a USB-C cable and manage storage from Settings to keep available space for photos and apps.

Recommendations

For best photo results, shoot in good lighting or enable Live or ProRAW modes when available. Keep iOS and apps updated, use a case for additional drop protection despite the durable glass and aluminium construction, and use genuine or certified USB-C accessories for charging and data transfer.
