How to use

Install the QRing app on a compatible smartphone and follow the in‑app pairing procedure via Bluetooth 5.0. Wear the Colmi R03 on a finger with the sensor side contacting the skin. Use the app to view heart rate, SpO2, sleep data, step count and sports‑mode recordings. Place the ring in the magnetic charging case to recharge; the case itself charges via the included USB‑C cable. Allow about 1 hour for a full charge of either the ring or the case.

Recommendations

For best accuracy, wear the ring snugly on the chosen finger and keep firmware and the QRing app updated. Avoid strong impacts to the titanium alloy surface and rinse the device with fresh water after exposure to chlorinated or salty water.
