How to use

Place the screw so the partially threaded section spans the gap to be clamped and align the flange head with the surface of the outer component. Use a TX bit matching the star recess to drive the screw. For most timber applications the PowerFast II screw can be driven without pre-drilling; however, choose pilot holes when working near edges, with very hard wood species, or when exact positioning is required. Apply steady driving speed and monitor torque to avoid over-driving. The easy-glide coating and shank-miller reduce required force and battery consumption during installation.
